Every video is delivered within 24 hours of receiving your completed brief. We work fast so your content stays timely.
What information do you need from me?
After purchase you'll fill in a short brief: your brand name, product or service description, style references (mood, colors, examples you like), and what you want the video to communicate.
How many revisions do I get?
Each order includes one round of revisions. If the delivered video doesn't match your brief, we'll revise it at no extra cost. We want you to love the result.
What platforms are the videos made for?
All videos are optimized for social media: Instagram Feed, Reels, Stories, TikTok, and X/Twitter. Just let us know your preferred format in the brief.
Is there a contract or retainer?
No. There's no retainer, no subscription, and no long-term commitment. You pay per order, that's it.
What's your refund policy?
Because these are custom digital deliverables, we don't offer refunds once production has started. However, if the video doesn't match your brief, we'll make it right with a revision. Your satisfaction is our priority.
