Motion Visual Flow ("we", "us", "our") is a founder-led motion design studio operated by Pau Evans. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it when you visit motionvisualflow.com or contact us by email.

• Contact data — name, email address, company and any details you send through our project brief form or by emailing motionvisualflow@gmail.com.
• Discount lead data — the email address you submit in the 15% discount popup, stored so we can email you the code and follow up about your project.
• Usage data — anonymous analytics events (pages viewed, popup shown, email submitted, code copied) used to measure conversion. No advertising cookies.
• Local storage — a small flag in your browser records whether you have already seen or claimed the discount popup, so we don't show it again unnecessarily.

• Reply to your brief and deliver the video project you hired us for.
• Send your discount code and occasional follow-up about your enquiry.
• Improve the site, our packages and our conversion flow.
• Comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations.

We never sell your data and we don't share it with advertisers.

We process your data under (a) your consent, when you submit the discount form or brief, (b) contract, when we deliver a paid project, and (c) legitimate interest, for basic analytics and site security.

We use a limited number of third-party tools to run the studio. They only process what is needed to deliver their service:

• Google (Gmail) — receiving and sending project emails.
• Our hosting and CDN provider — serving the website and video files.
• Payment processors — only if you decide to pay for a package.

We keep project emails and invoices for as long as needed to deliver the project and meet legal/tax obligations (typically up to 7 years). Discount leads that never convert are deleted after 24 months.

You can request access, correction, deletion or export of your data, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing motionvisualflow@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use strictly necessary local storage to remember popup state. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
