Terms of Service

By hiring Motion Visual Flow ("Studio", "we") or using motionvisualflow.com ("Site"), you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or purchase a package.

We produce motion design videos, animated ads, product videos and social edits under fixed-price packages listed on the Site. The scope, number of videos, revision rounds and turnaround for each package is described on the pricing section and confirmed by email before work begins.

• Projects start once we have your brief, brand assets and payment confirmation.
• The first draft is delivered within 24 hours of project start (business days).
• Revisions are included as specified in your package. Extra rounds are billed hourly.
• Files are delivered in web-ready MP4 by default. Additional formats (ProRes, transparent, vertical/horizontal variants) can be requested.

All prices are in EUR and exclude any applicable local taxes. Payment is due upfront unless we agree otherwise in writing. Late payments may pause delivery.

Promo codes such as MVF15 (15% off) apply to the first paid project of a new client, cannot be combined with other offers, and expire 60 days after being issued unless stated otherwise.

• You keep full ownership of your brand assets (logos, footage, copy) that you send us.
• Upon full payment, you receive an exclusive, worldwide license to use the delivered final videos across your marketing channels.
• We keep the right to display the delivered work in our portfolio, showreel and social channels, unless you request otherwise in writing.
• Third-party assets (stock footage, music, fonts) remain under their original license.

You confirm that any content you send us (logos, footage, music, copy) is yours to use and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. You are responsible for timely feedback so we can hit the 24-hour turnaround.

We deliver our work with professional care but provide services "as is" without any other warranty. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim linked to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.

Either party can end a project at any time by email. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the Studio's place of business. Any disputes will first be handled amicably by email before any legal action.
