Refund Policy

We stand behind every video we ship. If something is off, we want to fix it first — revisions are the fastest path to a video you love, and every package includes them.

If you cancel your order before we start production (before the first draft is sent), you get a 100% refund, no questions asked. Just email motionvisualflow@gmail.com.

Once we've delivered the first draft, the package is considered started. We'll keep revising within your package's revision rounds until you're satisfied. Partial refunds at this stage are handled case-by-case, based on the work already completed.

Once you approve the final video and we hand over the files, the project is complete and no refund is available. If you have concerns, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right.

• Third-party licenses we purchased for your project (stock footage, music, fonts).
• Rush fees for delivery under 24 hours once the rush window has started.
• Discounted projects paid with a promo code, unless required by law.

Email motionvisualflow@gmail.com with your order details and a short reason. We reply within 2 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law (including EU/UK consumer protection rules).
